1/ Which equipment shoud I choose for ethi.philia products?

- We recommend you use them with V60, Kalita, Chemex, Frenchpress, Clever, Aeropress. (Phin, Syphon, Woodneck not recommended).

2/ Can I make Espresso shot from the bean?

- Yes, but It’ll be a little bit sour. We would recommend you make Lungo shot with the ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 instead of the standard Espresso ratio of 1:2.

3/ Can I brew this coffee after 2 months?

- Yes, but at that time the coffee flavor with reach only 60%-70% ethi.philia’s standard

4/ How can I preserve the bean for longer than shelf life?

- When your bean has passed its 14-20 days after the roasting date, freeze the bean immediately in the freezer whose conditions are: clean, dry, odor free, and without any other foods. The coffee flavor will be kept for the next 6-9 months.

5/ How to use the bean after being frozen?

- After taking the bean out of the freezer, defrost the coffee at room temperature for 3-5 hours, then open the seal and brew it. Let’s inish the coffee pack as soon as posible after defrosting, and never freeze it again.

6/ How to preserve coffee at room temperature?

- Let’s keep the coffee away from odor, high temperature, and sunlight; and always check the packaging’s seal.
